Shortland Chambers has again received the highest ranking (band 1) in Chambers and Partners’ Asia-Pacific Guide 2025 for Dispute Resolution: The Bar for New Zealand.
Half of the barristers who practise from Chambers have also received individual recognition. Members Alan Galbraith KC, Jack Hodder KC, Adam Ross KC, Jenny Cooper KC and Stephen Hunter KC were all ranked in Band 1 for Silks (Kings’ Counsel). Bruce Gray KC, Bob Hollyman KC and John Dixon KC were ranked in Band 2, and Andrew Barker KC, Dr David Cooper KC, Daniel McLellan KC and John Billington KC were ranked in Band 3. Robert Stewart KC, Sarah Armstrong KC and Nura Taefi KC were recognised as New Silks. Simon Ladd and Matthew Harris were listed in Band 2 for non-silks.
John Billington KC and John Dixon KC were also named in the category White-Collar Crime: The Bar.
Clive Elliott KC and Kevin Glover were listed in the category Intellectual Property: The Bar.
