Vivienne is a Family Law Specialist with over 30 years’ experience. Her practice varies from complex relationship property cases interfacing with trust law, estate litigation, to children’s cases including international and national relocations, Hague Convention and all areas of litigation involving children. Vivienne now particularly enjoys litigation at an appellate level and has been involved in a number of leading Family Law cases both in respect of Relationship Property and children’s matters in the High Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court.


Vivienne has presented extensively for the New Zealand Law Society on Relationship Property and children’s issues. Vivienne is recognised as one of New Zealand’s leading Family Lawyers and is ranked highly by Doyles.
